Do you charge buyers a fee?
No. Our fee is a fixed percentage paid by the seller and stated in the mandate. The inspection report and title check come free with every listing.
What is in the inspection report?
Measured floor area, photographs of any defects we found, a summary of the title chain and the encumbrance certificate, all in one document you keep.
Can you sell a property I own?
Yes. We inspect it, price it against recent sales in your locality, and market it with photographs and a verified listing. Most mandates go under agreement within eight weeks.
Do you handle the paperwork?
End to end. Agreement drafting, TDS, stamp duty, registration slots and the post sale transfers for power and water. You sign, we queue.
Which areas do you cover?

How long does buying take?
